umm, yahoo.com and hotmail.com are not softwares, they're websites.

If you're talking about email clients - then linux has more email 
clients than you'll find on any other OS.  Ok, that's probably not true, 
since most email clients written on linux have also been ported to other 
OSen.

If you're talking about webmail, then look at horde or squirrelmail.

And get rid of outlook express anyway.
