That test has grown older certainly. Besides 2.4.19 was a big step adding O(1) 
patch. With distros. packaging all sorts of funky patches like low latency and 
pre-emption, I am sure RedHat/Mandrake 2.4.19 woul do some good deal more than 
the results.

And I believe, other Suresh here would have a word or two to say about 
freeBSD's performance.. May be others as well..
