It does. Of course you can't expect it to handle a million records/table on a 
128MB RAM PC, can you?

And Postgres replication is available..http://usogres.good-day.net/ is real 
time replication and there is one more replication available, e-server.

I don't have resources to try replication. So if anybody performs performance 
analysis on pg replication, would be great..
