Its possible when u have all the three machine are in same subnet, i mean
three different Static IP address.
and the gateway, subnet masked...assgined by an ISP.

As your ISP provides the IP through DHCP, then u need to have one PROXY
server. and the other two machines
should i have Private IPs...Below few lines are the simple proxy setup using
linux box.
echo 1 > /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
/sbin/ipchains -A forward -s 192.168.1.0/24 -j MASQ
/sbin/ipchains -A input -p tcp -s 192.168.1.0/24 -d 0/0 80 -j REDIRECT
8080
/sbin/ipchains -A input -p tcp -s 192.168.1.0/24 ftp -j ACCEPT
/sbin/ipchains -A input -p tcp -s 192.168.1.0/24 ftp-data -j ACCEPT
/sbin/insmod ip_masq_ftp

Crossover Connection, used in following situations
1. When You want to connect (only) Two computers.
2. When you want to connect TWO Unmangaed Switches.
3. In a HUB, When there is no UPLINK port.
Basic Logic is : wht ever Computer A transmits, it should be receive part
of Computer B, and vice versa.
How to build ??
You need UTP wire or LAN cable with RJ 45 connector. One end of the cable
should be 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8 order
and other end of cable should be 3,6,1,4,5,2,7,8 order.
