I suggest pinnacly systems, studio pctv or pctv rave. it has good
support on linux and great software on windows, with features like time
shift, one touch recording and a full function serial port remote with
recording buttons etc. both bttv driver recognises the card correctly
with out any tweaking. lircd also has profiles for this remote.
