to set up DHCP on Linux, use dhcpd
confuguration is controlled through
/etc/dhcpd.conf.

last i remember going through that man page ... it's pretty
descriptive ... i don't think u would have problems with that .. u
don't need BIND as such ... unless u want names to the machines
resolvable to IP addresses.
