[LIH]SMTP AND POP3

I am getting problem with sending and receiving mail theruo Linix
server.
what services should I load to send & receive mail
with windows client.

Proxy is working fine,
Can ping from Local network to internet.

Getting Error with mail client is.

PROTOCAL SMTP PORT 25, SECURE(SSL),YES
Error 11001, ErrorNo. 0x800000000.

similar errors with pop3 port 110 .
