Here is your problem:

You can do (easier):

echo "%_unpackaged_files_terminate_build   0" >> ~/.rpmmacros

and rebuild. Do this as the user you are building your RPM (usually root).

The difficult option is to edit the spec file to include these files,
or remove them at the end of installation process.
