Thank  you  kkpandey. It  worked. I  was knowing  mu  card  is  NE2000
compatible, so earlier  I tried NE1000 NE2000 and  few more. Now after
getting your mail and tried again  and found there is PCI-NE2000 also.
I picked that and it rocks :-)
