[LIH]Sendmail --- Timed out Error

This is the output of my Sendmail log,
The strange thing is if I send a .rtf attachment, Sendmail gives me timed out error other bigger attachments other than that which is blocked goes through smoothly irrespective of the user that is sending. And I have not blocked .rtf in Mime-defang filter.
I am using Sendmail 8.12.4 & Mimedefang 2.12
What could be wrong !!!!!!!
