Just dump your keymap with
xmodmap -pke > .xmodmaprc and then use an editor to edit this and change
it to something you like, and then reload the new map with xmodmap
..xmodmaprc
The codes for the winkeys on my machine are 116/116/117. You might find
http://hocwp.free.fr/xbindkeys/xbindkeys.html to be somewhat useful. I am
not sure the Start thing will work for both kde/gnome, with the same
combination mapping.
