Basically I need the source files for the kernel 2.4.18-bf2.4, which is not given in the 7 CDs, although kernel-headers-2.4.18-bf2.4 is given. I doubt if it will be possible to compile the 2.4.18-bf2.4 kernel with only the kernel headers. Kernel source for 2.4.18-5 is given in the CDs. I have compiled this kernel and in the third attempt, booted through it, but further testing is yet pending. Will attempt pctel (for winmodem) on the compiled kernel tomorrow.
