Hi guys,

A little background first. Micros is Point of Sale
application for the hotel industry. It runs on Sco
Unix among other platforms. According to Micros it
uses a proprietary database but we think that it uses
some sort of a Unix filesystem.

Our problem is getting access to this data as we want
it to be available real time for a application we are
developing for our client.

I have two problems:

1. What are the file systems available on Sco??
[Slightly off-topic]

2. How can I make use of Linux to access this machine
and data??

Bye,
Amol
