[LIH]Courier-imap with vpopmail

Hi, 

Has anyone configured courier imap with vpopmail ? I installed several times 
courier-imap but authentication is failing. I gave the following configure 
options : 

./configure \
--prefix=/usr/local/courier-imap \
--disable-root-check \
--without-authpam \
--without-authldap \
--without-authpwd \
--without-authmysql \
--without-authpgsql \
--without-authshadow \
--without-authuserdb \
--without-authcustom \
--without-authcram \
--without-authdaemon \
--with-authvchkpw 

What other configuration files should I edit ?
