There's always dig.  But why "a particular domain" - a single domain may
have hundreds of hostnames under it.

If the remote domain's dns admin is jackass enough to allow zone transfers
and recursion from untrusted IPs, try

$ dig @ns1.domain.com domain.com AXFR

Get the actual nameserver(s) of the domain first by doing

$ dig domain.com NS

You sure as hell won't be able to zone transfer a list of all hosts under
hotmail.com, for instance.  They do have enough clue to lock down zone
transfers.
