Suresh, the advertisement in question appeared in the June issue of 
PCQuest, stating that all PCQ readers could get a 1500 discount (from 
the original price of 4000) for a Samsung 16X DVD-ROM drive. The 
advertisement was, as far as I can understand, put up by Samsung and 
not by PCQuest.

But there seems to be an implied understanding between PCQuest and 
Samsung with regards to the advertisement as the coupon is to be mailed 
to Samsung DVD offer, C/o PCQuest, ......, and the [EMAIL PROTECTED] 
address is also mentioned in the advertisement.
