Thnx for the help. I had already used all that option. But if u create
an entry in fstab and load it the default owner is root. What I really
want to do is give all the users permission to write. If say bob mounted
the partition only bob will be able to do writing in it. I want every
other users also be able to write into it. 

The one method I found was to write a script to change the permission
777 of that partition and to set the sticky bit.
