My answer to yr above queries is yes as per my understanding.I do not know if
you have gone through Apache Web Server configuration details.However, with Apache it
is possible to configure " Virtual Hosts" which are either IP-based ( multiple IP addresses each pointing to a specific web page) or Name-based ( single IP and multiple URL's pointing to web pages).
