I am using 2.6.0-test3 without any problems whatsoever :) regarding - "drivers/char/riscom8.o" -error2 just disable the SDL RISCom/8 card support and recompile and you should be home. Or just disable Non-Standard serial port support under "Character devices". I am sure you might not require them :) While compiling the kernel do keep in mind to deselect all features/drivers not required for you. vishwanath ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.Net email sponsored by: Free pre-built ASP.NET sites including Data Reports, E-commerce, Portals, and Forums are available now.
