hi
first install the red hat 7.3 version ...
and note down the GRUB enteries for the 7.3 version...
 
then install the 9.0 using the same swap space but 
different boot partition...
after installing the red hat 9.0 make changes to the
grub file...
this will allow you to use both 7.3 and 9.0 
...
