She is onslow dial-upwhich is not digital at all. In this circumstances is it better to directly send mails to the desired recipents or it is better to smarthost them thru' my ISP. I amlookingat 2 things here,
smarthost - if her isp is good then it'll be far faster than remote deliveries (dns lookups for one thing ... and shorter network path to the isp smarthost)
