Nothing in postgresql logs...
Only three parameters are passed to the function. That's all.. See
below.

I had done this too.. But the same error :
DBCURRENT=# select func_stockoutitems('01/10/2003', '05/10/2003', '');
server closed the connection unexpectedly
This probably means the server terminated abnormally
before or while processing the request.
The connection to the server was lost. Attempting reset: Failed.
