Thanks for all the help by all the people in this matter. As already suggested by list admin, this will not be discussed anymore on this list.
But I want to mention one point.
The HOWTO that is on www.tldp.org about same matter finally takes me to same site www.linuxant.com which has made the driver a shareware.
I think its the responsibility of HOWTO writer and/or maintainer to make sure that prople are not misguided. Afterall we have to protect the philosophy of 'Freedom' that drives all of us together.
So I will try to mail the maintainer of HOWTO about this.
I still dont know whether source of driver provided or not. If it is not so then prople should avoid using it and find another alternative to it.
