My currect setup on my desktop PC is such that I use fetchmail to get
my mail into /var/spool/mail/(username), and read my mail using
Mutt. Now, I have an account on another server, on which the machines
do not have /var/spool/mail/user files, and do not support the
traditional Unix-type mailboxes. So, I was wondering whether it is
possible to make fetchmail write my mail to a file in my home
directory itself, rather that /var/spool/mail/.

I do know that mutt has built-in POP/IMAP support, but I feel it is a
bit choppier than fetchmail; fetchmail is flawless for me.

Thank you.
Kumar
