One more thing I've noticed... Sorry i didn't mention that in the previous mail. I
tried experimenting in to different network. Please see below
Setup - I
---------
Client computer --> Linux gateway --> Internet
In this case the iptables -m mac --mac-source.... works. I'm able to match the client
computer but in the next setup I'm not able to. pls see below.
Setup - II
----------
Client computer --> Router --> Linux gateway --> Internet
In this case am not able to match the MAC address. When i tried to see the full
iptables logs then I found the it's providing the MAC of router instead of Client
computer. Is there any way I can match the client MAC at the linux gateway ? Please
help
