How to prevent Emacs to launch as X application, when activated
through xterm (i.e. from GUI). It creats problem, when one telnet from
linux machine (from GUI) and try to launch emacs, then it try to
launch as X, but fail to do so because of non expored display.

The command: 
"$ netstat -na | grep 80 | awk '{print $7}' | uniq -c"
will give you a neat summary of the current state of all
sockets connected on port 80. (Depending on the output of
netstat, you may need to change $7 to be higher or lower).
