Dear Friends

Please give a while for my mail.

I get your reference from web, I have one problem and
I truly believe that you can help me out.

I am not a super user of Linux.

I need to do simple thing in it that is to connect my
mobile, grps phone. It is Nokia 6610.

I have both data cable (DKU-5) and irDA (Edisonsoft
ES-620 USB Infrared Adapter) for this purpose. I can
able to connect to internet through this in Windows
XP. But I tried a lot in Linux and I am un-successful.

I downloaded gnokii also.

I get to problem while detecting modem.

In windows just standard modem can handle the task. I
search lot of sites and find no drivers for this
purpose in linux.

My Configuration is as under :

p4, 512 ram, two com ports, two usb ports.

I have dual OS on it. Win XP and Redhat Linux 7.3.

Please suggest me the best way to do it.

Thanks and Regards,

Benoy Anthony.
