Binand... It is same for aterm as well as konsole...

This is on aterm

[EMAIL PROTECTED] rajesh]$ echo $LANG
en_US.UTF-8

This is on konsole

[EMAIL PROTECTED] rajesh]$ echo $LANG
en_US.UTF-8


However when I changed the LANG environment variable to en_us.ascii on
aterm the problem got solved...
