In my SuSE 9.3 box, it is /usr/bin/grub-install - check the path for
your FC4 box.  To install grub you will have to chroot the mount point
on which your boot partition is mounted in rescue mode e.g.
        
        # chroot /sysimage grub-install /dev/sda5

here /dev/sda5 is mounted on /sysimage
