You have provided too little information for us to be able to help
you. If I understand your question correctly, your client wants all
emails coming to client.com to be delivered to the mail server
example.com. To achieve this you need to do two things:
1. You must configure the mail server (MTA) on example.com to also
accept incoming email for client.com. How you do this will depend on
the type of MTA you are using on that server.
2. After doing '1', your client must change their DNS records so that
the MX for client.com is example.com
Alternatively, you can also configure the existing mail servers
running on client1.com, client2.com and client3.com to accept email
for client.com and then forward it example.com.
