1. Is your browser popping up the proxy authentication dialog box?
2. Please cut and paste the exact error message.
3. From the FC4 proxy box, are you able to access yahoo.com? Is it
pingable? Are you able to download web pages from it?
4. What does your squid log say when you see the network problem message?
