You could have at least extracted the IDE/SATA chipset (ATI SB450) info
from above yourself.

Google search "ATI SB450+linux" links seem to indicate that the chipset
may not be fully supported i.e. missing SATA functionality.

You may want to try FC5 or SuSE 10.1 RC1.
