     1. Check to see if your SMTP server is an open relay i.e. anybody
        can point their email client to your server and be able to send
        outgoing message; disallow relay (assuming your SMTP server is
        visible on the Internet).  Open relays get black listed.  Use
        SMTP auth if you must allow certain users to be able to relay
        through your host.
     2. Some sites (e.g. AOL) will not accept messages if reverse DNS
        does not map to the domain name in your SMTP server.  In your
        case this appears to be true since the IP number maps to a range
        of static nos. in the VSNL ip pool.
