Look at http://lartc.org for "Linux Advanced Routing & Traffic Control HOWTO". 
Section 4.2 deals with multiple uplink providers. Although if you are planning 
to do that serioudly, I would advise go through the entire HOWTO and try to 
understand the concepts first.
