It actually varies by the college. You will have to check the
syllabus. The general consensus is that computer science is a field
that is much more mathematics oriented and talks about algorithms,
operating systems, etc. I.e. it is usually more software oriented.
Computer Engineering is a field that is more oriented towards
hardware-heavy topics such as microprocessors, rics/cisc, etc.
