Do the network stuff, and then DCC .. razor / pyzor is a "nice to do if
you have the resources"

And tweak scores up for some stuff (say sbl-xbl etc) to the max, or
reject based on those earlier

And then check for the various HELO filters in spamassassin

sbl-xbl contains sbl, as well as cbl and parts of njabl

Dont use all of dnsbl.sorbs.net - too many fps. Just use
dul.dnsbl.sorbs.net (got its own share of fps but better than most other
dynamic IP blocklists around)

dsbl and spamcop have far more fps than I'm comfortable with using
