Anurag, I have used rconnect for Linux software from Reliance. Installed it as RD2030 USB device. Then I have changed the baud rate in /etc/rconnect/LG_RD_2030_USB file from 115200 to 460800. Thats all.
Even wvdial should work, but I have not tried using it. It does recognize the port and baud rate etc. Even dialers like kppp should be configurable. Just follow the instructions for LG 2030 USB phone with baud rate changed.
