Hi,
BTW, there is my /etc/kernel-img.conf:
,----
| do_boot_enable = NO
| postinst_hook = /sbin/update-grub
| postrm_hook = /sbin/update-grub
| do_bootloader = NO
| do_symlinks = NO
| do_initrd = Yes
`----
I do not want lilo running, and I want update-grub to run when
images are installed or removed, and since grub understands initrds,
I don't want the kernel image postinst warning me about initrd
images. The update-grub scripts run from the hooks despite the
setting of do_bootloader (and I don't need the /vmlinuz symlinks,
since update grub can load _all_ images in /boot).
Please check to make sure your update-grub is in /sbin (which
is where it was in Sarge; now it has moved to /usr/sbin)
