Since I don't have access to IE, so I tried to get some information
(which was not viewable in FireFox) using lynx, I found developer "IT
Department" of said university, mentioned good note:
"This website is best viewed with 800 X 600 pixels."
This note is not mentioning name of browesr, which normally is done by
most of such notes.
