For your reference the following will be difficult / wont work easily.
1. Mplayer 64 bit wont play anything which requires the binary codecs
2. Acrobat Reader doesn't exist for 64 bit linux
3. Google apps aren't available for 64 bit linux
4. VLC media player doesn't exist for 64 bit linux
5. If you have dual booted you cant install ext2 drivers on a 64 bit Vista
