Linux Operating System is perhaps the only operating system in the world that
can boast native and standard support for the AX.25 packet radio protocol
utilised by Amateur Radio Operators worldwide & combined with the higest ham in
Banglore(even GT), ham radio stuff should be shown.

I am also a Radio Amatuer with callsign VU2CLN, I will be able to setup a small
demo of Wireless Packet Radio (Wireless Internet) with my laptop there if some
other hams localy can help me out.(any hams from blr on this list ?)

Recently Anuall Radio Amatuers Conference was held at Mysore and we had a live
webcast of the entire event( http://hamfestindia.org ), with our server's to
clients running pure 100% Linux, and also a talk given by ramas vu2smx from
bangalore.
