What do you mean here is it their filesystems (if so yes)

or

Is it their programs ( if so  Well maybe , you can try either wine which
provides windows dll equivalent api calls in linux or it can even use your
windows dlls or You can try Bochs or VMWare which emulate a Virtual PC. 

As of now Wine is in alpha stages but works cool for many programs. Also if you
have source you can recompile them to native linux apps.

Then BOCHS is fully interpretive for CPU instructions as of now will have
dynamic execution in the nearby future.

VMWare will give good performance and support for most of the  windows programs.
