Dear Gurunandan,

Look for Eicon X.25 PCI cards. They are pretty good. The biggest VSAT based 
trading exchange NSE uses these cards at their dealers end PCs. The Eicon 
card in PC gets connected to the VSAT IDU.
Go for Intel Etherexpress 10/100 MBPs or 3COM 10/100 MBPS cards for LAN 
side.

A question. Why do you want to replace a Motorola router with Linux based PC 
Router?
