Here's the rationale:
- Head hunters get paid tons of money to find the right personnel for the job.
So there is a lot of money involved in hiring good engineers.
- A lot of people are not interested in jobs, but are here for technical
content. They need a way to filter out unwanted messages.
- Job postings take up significant bandwidth, given their number.
