1. get hold of the utility called "wvdial" available on the pcquest cd i
think
   march 99. or download it from the net if you already have win 95
2. mount windows partion as a root
3. goto to the directory containing wvdial and type
   #rpm -ivh wvdial*
4. wvdial /etc/wvdial.conf

other way is to use KPPP or Red hat dialer
for which documentation is available.
