Hi Adtiya,
I also faced the same problem.
The solution which i adopted was:
Create a DOS directory and put the following files in the directory.
1. loadlin.exe
2. vmlinuz (linux kernel).
Now do the Win 95 installation.
Boot under DOS, and issue the command
loadlin vmlinuz root=/dev/hda2 (where hda2 is the "/" directory of LINUX).
This should boot in linux.
Now run the linuxconf script. This is will provide you with an interface so
as to configure lilo.
