This is a common problem which satyam people say that its uncommon.
U can try fetching the mails FIRST and then sending your mails.....
But the proper solution is that... the server needs you to authenticate
urself using ur satyam login and password and then it would allow you to use
the smtp....
In Windoze, on Outlook Passenger (express) the setting is straight forward
where u can fill out the "Requires authentication properties...." But some R
& D would have to be done for this purpose with sendmail so that sendmail
first logs into mail.satyam.net.in and then sends the mails.
OR
The best but not the easiest solution is to use some other Smart Relay host
instead of mail.satyam.net.in. try finding some host which allows mail
relaying, but most hosts dont to avoid spamming.
Hope this helps
