How much is your RAM. Set your swap = RAM or 16 MB, whichever is more.
Reduce size of boot to 10 MB. I am surprised the system allowed you to
have that much big boot partition. I remember a warning/error that I had
some time...
Free primary? Hmm... are you already having a windows partition on that
machine? You can have at max 4 primary partitions on the HDD. At max.
