Hi is there any program which would allow one to change the caption of
a window (xterm eterm gnometerm) after it has started running. I see a
lot of applications able to do this ( for example vim.) Iwould like to
be able to set the captions to something menaingful If possible... Any
pointers ?

Secondly has anyone tried out linzip ? can it do disk spanning ?
is there anything like asplit ajoin for linux ?
or does one have to use dd ? (Ugh :( )
