Hey Man its not simple ftp.. u have to change in ur /etc/bootptab or
/etc/bootparams (whichever applicable)
I am giving u a sample config file(bootptab)
.default:\
:ht=ethernet:\
:hd=/tftpboot:bf=null:\
/* This is the line u have to change// Do not add the comment though ;) */
:ds=192.168.1.4:\
:hn:to=36000:

Find ur tftp daemon usually in /usr/sbin or simply install tftp-x.x.x

u also need bootp/bootparams for that ..
